Twenty years ago a Wirral couple had grand plans to open a restaurant in Wirral. Julian and Jackie Davies scraped together as much money as they could - Julian even had to sell his beloved motorbike - and shortly afterwards Julian’s opened its doors to the public in Hoylake.
