Drivers caught breaking the speed limit outside Black Horse Hill Junior School on Saughall Massie Road were given the choice of taking a fixed penalty or being questioned about their driving before a special ‘kids court’ made up of a panel of pupils from the school.
As the school term starts and the journeys to and from school return, more of our children will be travelling actively thanks to the efforts of Wirral schools to become Modeshift accredited.
Projects that are focused on preventing and reducing carbon emissions are in line to benefit from grants being offered by the Zero Waste Community Fund.
