Community update drop in sessions taking place in New Ferry

Residents and businesses in New Ferry are invited to two community drop in events to find out more about the next stages of regeneration being planned in the area. 

The sessions will showcase the latest public realm designs for the pedestrianised area of Bebington Road, with Wirral Council’s project team on hand to talk through proposals, answer questions and listen to feedback.

Visitors will be able to view updated design plans, learn about the upcoming phase of highways and public realm improvements, and discuss what the changes will mean for local businesses and the wider community. The team from Regenda, who have been developing new housing in the area, will also be at the event to share visuals and details of the second phase of new homes now being built on the former Woodhead Street car park.

The drop in event takes place on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 March, from 2.30pm to 6.30pm, at Windsor Close Community Centre, Windsor Close, New Ferry, CH62 5BZ. All residents and businesses are welcome.
