With just three weeks to go until the curtain goes up on the Floral Pavilion’s legendary annual Panto, the producers of The Further Adventures of Peter Pan – The Return of Captain Hook, are promising a brand-new adventure, full of comedy, chaos and crocodiles.

As always, the Floral Pavilion Panto promises sparkling sets, lavish costumes, and all the fun of a traditional family show, but there are 5 other great reasons to choose the Floral Pavilion show this year:

1.           You can book with confidence that you’re going to enjoy a fantastic show. With decades of experience, the Floral Pavilion has a well-deserved reputation for excellent traditional Pantos with laugh out loud comedy, great song and dance routines, and bags of audience participation.

This year’s Panto is co-produced by UK Productions Ltd who are renowned for staging the highest quality shows around the world. Their showreel on YouTube gives a taste of the magic you can expect.

2.           Panto brings the whole family together. It’s been a Christmas tradition for generations and is almost unique in being able to entertain and connect people of all ages. If you’re looking to celebrate the festive season with loved ones – or perhaps give them their first taste of the magic of the theatre - it really does offer something for everyone.

3.           Make a day or night of it in New Brighton. Whether it’s a traditional bar, laid-back bistro or lively Latin restaurant you’re after, you’ll be spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink before or after the show.

With a fantastic seasonal menu, hospitality at the Floral Pavilion couldn’t be more convenient and ensures you’re at the centre of all the fun. Just a short walk away is Victoria Road, which is lined with loads of independents, or in the other direction is Marine Point, which is packed with family-favourites.

4.           Getting there is easy. It’s right on your doorstep, so take the stress out of travelling and avoid the traffic and crowds elsewhere by breezing into New Brighton on its fantastic rail and bus links, or park the car in the ample free parking areas just outside the theatre.

5.           Love your local theatre. The Floral is part of local life, staging all sorts of shows and hosting lots of different community events throughout the year. Its café and lounges also offer the warmest welcome to residents and visitors.

The Further Adventures of Peter Pan – The Return of Captain Hook, opens on 6 December and runs until 5 January.

The theatre is proud to offer the following special performances to help ensure everyone can enjoy the fun: BSL on 15 December 2024 at 5.00pm and Relaxed (with lower noise levels and a softer lighting etc) on 2 January 2025 at 5.00pm.
