Library facilities opened at Seacombe centre
A new public library and IT facility based at Seacombe Children’s Centre has opened this week.
The library is home to a broad selection of books for visitors of all ages to borrow, as well as publicly accessible IT equipment. The services are provided in an area of the centre that was previously a nursery.
Free, improved WiFi has been installed at the building to enable customers to connect quickly and effectively to the digital world. Library staff are on hand during opening times to assist visitors with any enquiries.
The library entrance is located to the side of Seacombe Children’s Centre on St Paul’s Road in Seacombe. It will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. Going forward, there are also plans to open on alternate Saturdays from 9am until 1pm.
