More than 100 exhibitors are taking part in the Wirral History and Heritage Fair this Saturday 22nd March, which will take place in the historic setting of the Grade II listed Hulme Hall in Bolton Road, Port Sunlight.

Admission to the event is free, and visitors will be able to browse stands from many local heritage organisations celebrating Wirral’s historic attractions, including Birkenhead Park, Birkenhead Priory, Flaybrick Memorial Gardens, Port Sunlight, the Williamson Art Gallery and the West Kirby Museum.

People will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in local history, with displays of artifacts and archive photography, as well as the opportunity to find out about local societies, heritage walks and tours.

Family history experts will also be on hand with advice for those interested in looking into their family tree, and there will be new and second-hand local history books and memorabilia for sale. The café is open all day, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments throughout the event.

The Wirral History and Heritage Association Fair takes place from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 22nd March at Hulme Hall, Bolton Rd, Bebington, CH62 5DH. The venue offers level access, and parking is available on site.
