Tickets still available for Dial M for Mayhem at the Floral Pavilion

Coming to the Floral Pavilion later this month is the brand new farcical comedy drama “Dial M For Murder”.

The rollicking comical and poignant yarn is set in 1991 with of a group of travelling actors bringing the remote tranquil communities of the Scottish of the Highlands and Islands their version of Frederick Knott’s classic 1950’s thriller “Dial M For Murder”.

Set against a backdrop of the unpredictable Scottish weather complete with internal company squabbling, the antics of a shepherd and his TV watching sheep dog, a flatulent ageing soap star and a long-lost caber tossing love. 

Add to the mix a twinkle-eyed AA man and a missing child’s pet black rat called Norman, and the scene is gleefully set for backstage chaos and laugh-out loud hilarity of the play within the play as the cast from south of the Scottish border conquer the beautiful but unforgiving Caledonian landscape. 

Presented by Middle Ground Theatre Company Ltd the World Stage Premiere of “Dial M For Mayhem” is a brand new charming comedy from the author and director of the hugely successful courtroom phenomenon “The Verdict” and stars Alasdair Baker, Isabella Inchbald, Eliza Langland, Joey Lockhart, Luke Rhodri and Theo Woolford.

Dial M for Mayhem is at the Floral Pavilion from Wednesday September 18 – Saturday September 21, performances starting at 7.30pm, with matinees on Thursday (19th) and Saturday (21st) from 2.30pm.
