Photo Gallery: Borough of Culture finale wows crowds in New Brighton

Crowds flocked to New Brighton over the Halloween weekend to enjoy the finale to Wirral's year as Borough of Culture.
World-renowned outdoor arts organisation Walk the Plank helped to deliver the event, which included Monty the giant fiery sea monster, rousing beats from Katumba drummers, a swimming performance by Friends of New Brighton Marine Lake, ghostly street theatre with spirit Caribou, and song and dance routines by young people from Stage-Ed.
