Sports for all with October half term Allsports Disability Programme
Children and young people with a disability and/or additional needs are invited to take part in a huge range of activities as part of an October half term holiday scheme.
The Active Allsports Disability Holiday Programme offers young people with additional needs the opportunity to stay healthy and active during the school break – with the chance to learn a skill or try something new.
Cllr Ian Lewis, Chair of Tourism, Communities, Culture and Leisure Committee, said:
This year’s October half term Active Allsports programme offers a range of activities including swimming, trampolining and more – meaning there’s something for all the family to enjoy as parents and siblings are welcome to join sessions too.
If you are, or know, a family who may benefit from the programme, get in touch.
There are tonnes of activity sessions to choose from including:
- Family Swimming

- Inclusive Rugby (non contact)
This half term, Active Allsports runs from Monday 27 – Thursday 30 October 2025.
