New year, new horizons: fostering pop-up events this January
New year is a time when people make resolutions and plans for the year ahead. Could 2025 be the year you become a foster carer?
Residents from all walks of life are invited to join a thriving community of foster carers, each doing amazing things for the young people of Wirral.
Wirral Council is part of Foster4, a collaborative fostering recruitment hub in the Northwest.
As part of the drive to recruit more fantastic foster carers, our friendly Foster4 team are popping up in several locations across Wirral this month. Everyone is welcome to come along, say hello and find out more about becoming a foster carer with Wirral Council.

Virtual information sessions are also available and can be booked in advance on the Foster4 website. You don't need to come to an event, but it is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have before you have an initial visit to your home from the fostering team.
