Congratulations to Wirral students receiving exam results today
The Deputy Leader of Wirral Council has congratulated all those receiving their exam results today.
It comes as students across Wirral received the results of A Levels, BTECs and other vocational qualifications.
Cllr Julie McManus, said:
I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to all the young people across Wirral who are receiving their A Level and technical qualification results today.
These results represent years of hard work, dedication and perseverance, so I urge everyone collecting their results to be proud of what they have achieved because whether your next step is university, an apprenticeship, further study, training or starting a career, this is an important milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
I also want to take this chance to highlight the importance of technical and vocational qualifications in supporting our future workforce and say a huge well done to those who have studied for these qualifications.
And for anyone who may not have received the results they were hoping for, please remember that there are so many routes to success and there is a huge amount of support available to help you explore the many options which are open to you.
I would also like to pay tribute to the parents, carers, teachers, lecturers and support staff who have supported our young people throughout their studies and helped them reach this point your hard work and dedication underpins our community and aspirations for our young people.
To all Wirral students today I wish you every success for the future and look forward to seeing the positive contributions you will make.
