BirkenEd’s Place is currently hosting an exhibition from students at the University of Liverpool.

During the last semester, undergraduate students from the School of Architecture and postgraduate students from the Department of Geography and Urban Planning have been working in Birkenhead to create a scale model of the town and a vision for its future.

The exhibition runs from the 12th to the 26th June and gives the students a chance to share their ideas with the professionals and communities working in Birkenhead under the Birkenhead 2040 framework. This exhibition will enrich the discourse about the town’s future by including the points of view of future generations of architects and urban planners. The students will also have the opportunity to get feedback from the communities who live there and the stakeholders involved.

You can visit the exhibition at BirkenEd’s Place at 8-10 Borough Pavement, Grange Precinct, Birkenhead. It’s open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11-4:30pm and Saturday 11-4pm.
