Free bike checks and information available for residents

Bike marking - just one of the partner led activities taking place in Wirral during Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week.

Come and get a free bike service, as well as information and resources, at an event at Wirral Chamber of Commerce on Friday 20 September, 10am till 2pm. 

Whether you used to cycle and want to refresh your knowledge or skills, have an old bike that you’d like to get back to riding or are new to cycling – this event is aimed at supporting those who want to cycle to get the support they need to do so safely. 

The council’s Road Safety and Climate Emergency teams will be at Edgerton House on Friday 20 September with our partners Energise Cycles, Merseyside Police to provide free bike services, bike marking and to provide advice, resources and information. 

Bike services are limited, so to guarantee you can get one, please confirm your attendance by registering for the event on the council’s ticket tailor
