Find out more about being a Climate Champion at a pop-up event at leisure centres and libraries

Being a Climate Champion involves inspiring others to reduce their carbon footprint, supporting community activities, receiving informative training and meeting new people with a shared interest in making a difference to their local environment.

One of the Cool Wirral Climate Champions, Claire, shares how you can find out more about how to get involved by attending a pop-up event at one of Wirral’s leisure centres and libraries. 

The next events take place at: 

• Europa Pools Leisure Centre on 22 July 3 to 7pm
• Guinea Gap Leisure Centre on 24 July 3 to 7pm
• Leasowe Leisure Centre on 29 July 3 to 7pm
• Moreton Library on 31 July 12-1pm; 2 to 5pm
• Upton Library on 5 August 12-1pm; 2 to 5pm
• West Kirby Concourse on 7 August 3 to 7pm
