Tree planting this February – ‘wood’ you be interested?

As we enter the month of February, why not show some love to Wirral’s environment, and attend one of the council’s tree planting events.
Across the two free events – 11 February and 25 February - we hope to plant approximately 2,500 trees to help meet Wirral’s planting target of 21,000 trees every year until 2030.
In 2022, we held 19 community planting events and, with the support of all the volunteers that joined us at them, planted 9,062 trees.
