Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, Wirral’s Lifelong Learning Service has more than 90 free or affordable training courses available to anyone aged 19 and over.
Courses are held at venues across Wirral and offer a broad range of subjects; from sewing to maths and even an introduction to the construction industry.
There’s no fee to pay if a learner is unemployed, in receipt of benefits or earns less than £17,550 per year.
The courses coming up over the next couple of weeks are:
- Intro to the Internet
- Confidence in a digital world
- Sewing techniques
- Gardening for employment or volunteering
- ESOL (English as a second or foreign language)
