Paul Lavelle Foundation launches male domestic abuse drop-in service

Men experiencing domestic abuse during COVID-19 can now book a 1:1 support session with experienced advisors in Birkenhead, thanks to a new 'frontline response service' provided by The Paul Lavelle Foundation.

Following funding from the Merseyside Police and Crime Commissioner and the Steve Morgan Foundation, appointments are available every Wednesday at Royal Standard House on New Chester Road, CH42 1LE.

Sessions will last 45 minutes, with the opportunity to re-book if further support is needed.

The service will offer a listening ear, emotional support, advice and guidance, and signposting to other agencies if required.

Royal Standard House is a community building. Visits to the service are completely discreet and visitors are assured that anything disclosed is completely confidential.

To book an appointment, please visit The Paul Lavelle Foundation website, or email referral@paullavellefoundation.co.uk.
