A further public meeting has been scheduled as part of Wirral Council’s local plan consultation to cope with demand.
Both meetings scheduled to take place at Pensby High School on the 12 September are now fully booked. To cope with this demand, the council has added an additional meeting to take place on the 13 September at Pensby High School.
The formal presentation on the extra event on 13 September will start at 6pm and booking is essential. However, if you have any specific questions for council officers, drop in sessions will be held from 4.30pm – 5.30pm and 8pm – 9.30pm on the 13th.
Considering how busy the events at Pensby are expected to be, it may prove difficult to answer all questions from residents, and spend much time talking to people in small groups. If you have a question to ask, or are particularly interested in talking directly to council officers about the proposals, then we recommend booking a place on one of the other meetings at Hulme Hall, West Kirby Concourse or the additional date at Pensby High School – where spaces are still available.
All presentations are exactly the same at all of these public meetings, so do not be concerned that you will not be able to discuss your local area if you attend a meeting in another area.
To make sure all residents can find suitable parking and be signed in on time, please arrive at the school early to avoid missing the start of the presentation.
Visit the council website to find out how you can still have your say.
