Find your way to Wellbeing

This year’s Time to Talk Day is all about bringing together the right ingredients, to have a conversation about mental health. Whether that’s tea and biscuits with close friends or a room full of people.  

The Five Ways to Wellbeing are free and easy ways that you can fit into your everyday life, and help you start that conversation.

With 1 in 4 people today experiencing mental distress during their lifetime, the five ways approach helps you to look after your mental health and wellbeing as importantly as your physical health.

Together with our partners and stakeholders we are further developing the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. We would really appreciate your input to help us do this  by taking five minutes to complete our short wellbeing survey and tell us more about how you’re feeling -and your ways to wellbeing.

The five ways are general enough for you to find your own way to wellbeing. Try them out at work and in your daily life and make a positive difference to how you feel.
