Next week, from 11th – 15th June, business, hospitals, schools, and places of work up and down the country will be taking part in the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF) Healthy Eating Week, and taking on the five challenges: Have Breakfast; Eat your 5-a-day; Drink Plenty; Get Active; Make a Change!
BNF Healthy Eating Week is a dedicated week in the year when we can take a good look at what we eat and how active we are. It’s also an opportunity to take a step back and think of ways we can make small lifestyle changes that may result in an all-round healthier lifestyle.
Each day we’ll be promoting a different theme and bringing you tips, quizzes, recipes, planners and a lot of what you need to help you eat well and feel better.
