5 ways you can get fit this summer, whilst also having fun!
- Work out outdoors - go on runs, walks, bike rides or play a game of rounders in the park.
- Go for a swim - visit your local pool or go to the beach.
- Water sports - most of the summer weather and take part in fun water activities like paddleboard, windsurf, wakeboard, kayak or water ski.
- Mix your workouts up - have some fun creating your own workouts like a bootcamp in the garden or train in outdoor gyms in Wirral’s parks.
- Move around more - walk whenever possible and bask in nature in our woodlands and shores.
Invigor8 Memberships on Offer Across Wirral Leisure Services
Wirral Council Leisure Centres offer a wide range of memberships for the whole family including a monthly Teen and Student fitness membership. The Teen Invigor8 membership is currently on offer at just £15 per month with unlimited access to leisure centre gyms, pools, teen classes, golf and outdoor tennis.
Gym inductions are free of charge and available at Europa, Guinea Gap, West Kirby and Leasowe Leisure Centres.
